I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, and I work with individuals and couples who are carrying a lot, often more than they’ve had space to slow down and process.
My approach is grounded, direct, and collaborative.
I’m trauma-informed and EMDR-trained, and I pull from different approaches depending on what you need. If spirituality is important to you, there’s space for that here. If it’s not, that’s okay too.

I created Soulfruit PLLC as a space for those navigating a world that often asks them to shrink. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I believe healing begins when you are fully seen—exactly as you are. My approach is collaborative and honors your pace, integrating EMDR, faith-based care, and group work for anxiety, depression, and phase of life stressors. I am dedicated to walking with you on your journey home to yourself.
